Active Access IAM - Profile - Edit or Update My Profile

Introduction

This article applies to all users.  This article will provide instructions for updating your user profile and settings.

1, Login to the IAM Administration Tools

2. From the hamburger menu, navigate to the My Profile option

3. Click the desired tab to make profile changes

  •  Account Info - Personal details such as name, address, and contact details
  • Security - Security question and answer and, if applicable, multi-factor authentication settings
  • Preferences - Email notification preferences. Users can choose which types of notification emails they wish to receive using the toggles on this page
  • Roles - This is a view-only tab displaying all roles a user has been assigned
  • Password - Users can change their passwords on this tab

4. Click the Save button to save the changes
