Introduction

This article applies to users with the Security Administrator role.

This article will detail the procedure for assigning a Service Package, Subpackage, or Application to a user.

Details

1. Find the user's profile using the search or by navigating to Manage My Organization > Users from the hamburger menu. Click on the user's name to view his or her profile.

2. Click on the user's Service Packages tab

3. Click the package icon, and the Assign Service Packages screen will display

4. Click the arrow in the assign column next to the package, subpackage or application that you wish to assign to the user. The Assign Service Package screen will pop up

5. Review the package, subpackage, or application details. If required, enter an Assign Reason to be logged in the user's grant history. Click the Assign button

A confirmation will appear at the top of the screen indicating that the package has been assigned to the user.
