Active Access IAM - My Access Management - Request a Service Package or Subpackage

Introduction

This article applies to Users and Security Administrators.

This article describes the workflow for requesting access to a Service Package or Subpackage (Application).

Details

 

 

1. From the Main Menu select My Access Management

2. On the Service Packages tab, view the list of service packages and subpackages that are currently assigned to you

3. Click the + then click the Request Service Package menu option

4. Check the box next to the package(s) you wish to request, then click the Request button on the top of the screen

5. The request will pop up with the details; fill in any required information and click on the Send Request button

6. A confirmation will appear on the top of the screen

Once your request has been submitted, your Security Administrator will need to review and approve or reject it to complete the onboarding process.
