This article provides instructions for reviewing Trading Partner users' and organizations' Portal, Application, and Vendor Code access.

Details

Viewing a Trading Partner User's Attributes

1. Using the quick search or the advanced search option, search for the trading partner user. The quick search is best when the user's IDP user ID is known. The advanced search options are best when searching by email
2. Click on the user's name in the search results
3. Click on the Service Packages tab in the user's profile
4. Click on the desired parent service package. Attributes and Roles can be viewed on the tabs in the user's Package Overview screen

Viewing a Trading Partner User's Vendor Codes

1. Using the quick search or the advanced search option, search for the trading partner user. The quick search is best when the user's IDP user ID is known. The advanced search options are best when searching by email
2. Click on the user's name in the search results
3. Click on the Service Packages tab in the user's profile
4. Click on the carrot next to the parent service package to expand the user's service package list
5. Click on the desired subpackage
6. Click on the Site Codes tab on the user's Package Overview screen to review the list of vendor codes the user has been assigned for the subpackage

Viewing a Trading Partner Organization

1. Using the quick search or the advanced search option, search for the trading partner organization. The quick search is best when the exact organization name is known. The advanced search options are best when searching by partial organization name or vendor code
2. Click on the organization name in the search results
3. Click on the Service Packages tab, then on the desired service package
4. A list of granted subpackages, vendor codes, and administrators can be viewed from the tabs on the package details screen
