Introduction

This article applies to users with the Service Administrator role.

This article will describe how a trading partner or supplier can be onboarded by invitation to register for Active Access.

Details

1. Navigate to the Invite page by clicking the Send Invitation tile on the homepage or by clicking on the Invite option from the hamburger menu

2. Select the Top level organization button. The other types of invitations that can be sent are user and division; these are used to invite internal users and add divisions to the Service Owner's organization hierarchy; they are not to be used for managing Trading Partner onboarding

3. Select the Service Package(s) that the Trading Partner is being invited to register from the ServicePackages list

4. Enter the email address for the Trading Partner administrator in the Recipient Email box. Note that multiple email addresses can be entered to invite multiple Trading Partner Administrators. To prevent duplicate top-level organizations, only one Trading Partner administrator should be invited

5. Click the Send Invitation button

An invitation will be sent to the recipient(s) containing a link to the Active Access registration page. Once the Trading Partner has completed the registration, the Service Administrators will be notified by email that the Trading Partner registration is pending approval.
