Active Access IAM - Bulk Processing - Offboarding a Trading Partner

Introduction

This article applies to users with the Service Administrator role or with the Mass Revoke role.

This article will provide details regarding offboarding a Trading Partner entity, or the mass offboarding of multiple Trading Partners. Trading Partners can be offboarded from an entire Service (parent service package) or a single sub-package (application.)

Details

Offboarding a Trading Partner Entity

1. From the hamburger menu navigate to the Bulk Un/Suspend & Revoke Ultimate DUNS option under the Bulk Processing submenu

2. Select the "Suspend" or "Revoke" radio button in the Choose Operation list as desired. The Suspend option will temporarily offboard an entity, but the Revoke option will permanently revoke the entity

3. Attach the file containing the DUNS to be suspended or revoked. The file format must be a .csv file. The first column should be PACKAGE_ID and the second column Ultimate DUNS. The package ID would be the service package or subpackage to be suspended or removed. Package IDs can be found by navigating to My Access Management > Service Package > Click on the desired package. The Package ID will display in the header above the tabs. The package ID format may look similar to this format: PPP-AUTO-STG9735303930. 4. Enter the comments to be logged in the Reason box. These comments will be displayed in the offboarded entities history tab

5. Click the submit button at the bottom of the page

Mass Offboarding Trading Partner Users

1. From the hamburger menu navigate to the Mass Revoke option under the Bulk Processing submenu

2. Attach the file containing the users to be suspended or revoked. The file format must be a .csv file. The first column should be PACKAGE_ID and the second column IDP user ID. The package ID would be the service package or subpackage to be suspended or removed. Package IDs can be found by navigating to My Access Management > Service Package > Click on the desired package. The package ID will display in the header above the tabs. The package ID format may look similar to this format: PPP-AUTO-STG9735303930. The Help Information section of the page to find details regarding the required data and format of the file.

3. Enter the comments to be logged in the Reason box. These comments will be displayed in the offboarded users history tab

4. Click the submit button at the bottom of the page
